Chief Operating Officer
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer or COO to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the agency’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the non-profit.
Responsibilities
- Exercising management responsibility over the entire Operations department, ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of all internal and external stakeholders. Oversees the Operational budget and FTE management by proactively evaluating metrics, trends, and problem-solving as needed
- Hiring and retaining qualified staff
- Leading the Operations team, in particular the Directors, in the development, design, and implementation of programs and processes that support the strategic goals of the organization. Supports and coaches those leaders in their personal and professional development; encourages maximum performance and dedication
- Supporting all Operations functions through fully understanding and having a basic level of competency in the roles and responsibilities of the Operations team
- Providing timely, accurate, and complete reports on the functional status of the Operations department
- Fostering the development of a high positivity and high productivity culture guided by Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence
Requirements
- Understand the importance of all functions within the Operations team in a successful healthcare system that delivers high quality patient care
- Recognize the importance of an efficient Operations team, in order to contribute to a strong financial performance
- Demonstrate outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Understand essential business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, facilities management, etc.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Must serve as a role mode of operational excellence; must engage in coaching and empowering the Operations team while also creating a positive and productive culture

Pharmacist
We are currently looking for a Pharmacist to serve patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team and monitoring patient drug therapies.
Responsibilities
- Reviews prescriptions issued by the Physician, or other authorized prescriber to assure accuracy, appropriateness of medication, and determine formulas and ingredients needed.
- Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician prescriptions.
- Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
- Directs pharmacy workers engaged in mixing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
- Answers questions and provides information to pharmacy customers on drug interactions, side effects, dosage and storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Maintains established procedures concerning quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of drugs designated as hazardous waste.
- Enters data such as patient name, prescribed medication and cost, to maintain pharmacy files, charge system, and inventory.
- Assesses medications to determine identity, purity, and strength.
- Train other medical personnel on matters pertaining to the pharmacy.
- Communicates with and treats pharmacy’s customers.
- Works effectively with other healthcare employees, managers, and departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacology from a recognised institution.
- UAE License or Eligibility as a clinical Pharmacist.
- Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent Computer Literacy skills is required.
